Dedication
I, Dennis Ridgway, dedicate this site in memory of my parents Willard and Mildred Ridgway, long time residents and citizens of Carroll.
I, Carolyn Fell McCoy, dedicate this site in memory of my parents Carl and Bernice Fell, past Superintendent and teacher at Bloom-Carroll High School.
I, Mary Dawson, long time and present Carroll Village Clerk/Treasurer, dedicate this site in memory of my late husband Dewey.
We three dedicate this site to all past, present and future residents of the Carroll area.
